<br /> ing to demands as audited by the Finance Committee,
<br /> numbering 598 to 779 inclusive.

<br />Cheney and carried, the communications were ordered filed.

<br />The application of Frank A. B~addock to conduct the
<br />business Of dealing in motor vehicles at 115 South Main
<br />St., was read and on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by
<br />Dixon and carried, the application was received and held
<br />in abeyance until November 1st, 1943, when time for
<br />advertising will have expired.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the request of Otto R. Haan for a leave of
<br />absence from the State, for a period of six weeks,
<br />beginning October 8th, 19A~, was granted.
<br />
<br />The reqommendation of Harold Rasmussen, Chief Building
<br />Inspector that an Ordinance regulating the sale or
<br />disposal of electrical materials, devices and appliances
<br />be adopted by this City was read, and on motion of
<br />Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />Ordinance, as submitted by Mr. Haamuasen, was referred
<br />to the City Attorney for his recommendation.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried,
<br />the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign agreement
<br />dated Sept. 22nd, 1~45, between Joe Moralice, dba M.&.W.
<br />
<br />Bus Line, and the City of Santa Aha, covering the install- --
<br /> for convenience of servicemen,
<br />ation of toilet fixtures/in building known as the McCartex'
<br />
<br />Building, located at 117 East Third St., Santa Ans.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and
<br />
<br />carried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution Declaring Through Streets In The City of Santa Aha"
<br />
<br />declaring South Main Street from First St. to the South
<br />City Limits, asa through street, and providing that at
<br />the intersection of Broadway and South Main St. no vehicle
<br />
