<br />Agricultural Laboratory of certain sludge developed in
<br />the operation of the Orange County Joint 0utfall Sewage
<br />Disposal Plant, was introduced, read, considered,
<br />designated Resolution No. 329? and passed by the
<br />

<br />Communication from Ewald Lemcke, Engineer, Joint 0utfall
<br />Sewer, requesting City of Santa Ana to secure permiss
<br />from the Board of Supervisors of Orange County to con-
<br />struct and maintain an emergency by-pass line from the
<br />sewer treatment plant into the Santa Aha River channel;
<br />said pipeline to be used only during flood periods, was
<br />read and on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney
<br />and carried, communication was referred to City Auditor
<br />with instructions to make necessary agreement with the
<br />Board of Supervisors for construction of this by-pass
<br />line.
