Haan On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Adopting Map" covering the closing up and abandonment of an alley runnin~ easterly from Pacific Ave. in the viclnity of Pacific, West 8th and West ?th Sra., was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3~37 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent,Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. None Otto R. Haan On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the following Resolution entitled: was No. "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha Declaring their Intention to Order the Closing up and Abandonment of an Alley located 133 feet South of the south line of West Seventh Street and Extend- ing Easterly from Pacific Avenue heretofore Dedicated for Alley Purposes to the City of Santa Ana; Declaring it to be for the Public Interest and Convenience and Fixing the Time and Place for Hearing Objections to said Proposed Improvement" introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution 3338 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, Wo Eugene Dixon, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent,Trustees Otto R. Haan On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Repealing that Certain Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Relating to Traffic Safety Commission and Traffic Safety Patrol'" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordin~ce of the City of Santa Ana Repealing Ordinance No. 1137, City Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance Establish- ing a Recreation Department for the City of Santa Aha Under Management of a Recreation Cormnission Consisting of Seven (?) Members; Prescribing the Manner of Appointment of the Members" and Establishing a Recreation Department for the City of Santa Aha Under Management~of a Recreation Commission Con- sisting of Seven (7) Members; Prescribing the Manner of Appointment of said Members and Acquiring and Disposing of Funds in Relation Thereto"
