<br />On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the signed agreement from the Pacific Electric
<br />Ry. covering their abandonment of their tr~cks on North
<br />Main St., quit-claim deed and voucher in the amour of
<br />$20,280.00 were accepted and deed ordered recorded and
<br />voucher deposited.

<br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 1082,
<br /> Entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Water
<br /> Rates in the City of Santa Ana, Prescribing
<br /> Rules and Regulations Governing Consumption
<br /> of Water and Fixing a Penalty for the
<br /> Violation Thereof, and Repealing Ordinances
<br /> in Conflict herewith", and Providing for a
<br /> Change in Water Rates."
