No. 3384 <br /> <br />Est. 10 minute parking <br /> <br />Bush St. btn 6th & 7th <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the monthly reports for the Building Dep <br />for City of Santa Ana and for City of Tustin and <br />Judge,s report for the month of August; Juvenile report <br /> <br />for the month of July and Police <br />received and filed. <br /> <br />report for August, wer~ <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixo'n and carrie~ <br /> the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants according to <br /> demands as audited by the Finance Comnittee, numbering <br /> 356 te 585 inclusive. <br /> <br /> Communications from Cities of Fullerton, Anaheim and <br /> Orange, approving salary increase in the amount of <br /> $25.00 per month for Ewald Lemcke, Engineer, Joint <br /> Outfall Sewer, effective July 1st, 1944, were read, and <br /> on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and <br /> carried, salary increase for Engineer, Joint Outfall <br /> Sewer, was approved, effective July 1st, 1944. <br /> <br />On ~otion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute <br />the lease between the City of Santa Aha and the Pacific <br />Electric Railway Co. covering a private road crossing <br />over Pacific Electric Railway Company's Newport Beach <br />Line right-of-way at Engineer,s Station 1905~85.3B, <br />County of Orange, at a rental of $5.00 per year, for the <br />period September l, 1944 to August 31, 1945. <br /> <br />Two proposals for the elimination of parking hazards <br />on Bush St. between 6th and 7th Sts. were submitted by <br />the Engineer and Committee, and on motion of Trustee <br />Haan, seconded by Di×on and carried, the communication <br />was received and tabled for further consideration. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Establishing Time Limit Parking <br /> Zone Under Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing ten minute parking on both sides of Bush <br />St. between Sixth and Seventh Streets, was introduced, <br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3354 and <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Dale G. <br /> Otto R. <br /> <br />Deckert, W.
