No. 3356 Accepting Deed Btn City & State of California In Re Curfew Ordinance APPROVED: On ~otion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerning Pedestrian Cross-Walks Under Ordinance No. 1030" establishing a pedestrian cross-walk across East 1st St. from the Northwest corner of the intersection of 1st St. and Lyon St. in a southerly direction to the south curb line of 1st St., was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3355 and passed by the follow- lng vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. ttaan, Asa Hoffmau. Noes, Trustees None Absent,Trustees W.J. Cheney On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Accepting Deed" covering acceptance of Santa Ana Director,s Deed No. D- 2-1~rom the State of California ~n portions of Lots 1 and ~ of Potts, Borden & Sidwell Tract, was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3356 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Otto R. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Haan, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent,Trustees W.J.Cheney On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Presence of Minors Under the Age of Eighteen Years in Public Streets and Other Places Between the Hours of l0 P.M. and 6 A.M., Defining Duties of Parents or Others in Care of Minors, Providing for Arrest and Penalties for Violations Thereof, Repealing Ordinances in Conflict Therewith" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the City Council adjourned to Friday, September 8th, 1944, at 3 P.M. City Clerk
