Block MB#, AsSessor's <br />Map No. 22, <br />located in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the notifications of the State Board of Equal- <br />ization of alcoholic beverage applications made by <br />Joseph P. Brophy and W.G.Cunningham, dba E1 Toro Cafe, <br />220 E. 4th St., and Robert L. Goldberg, dba Robert's <br />Coffee Shop, 101 No. Main St., were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, the application of the Powell Neon Sign Co. to <br />hang a neon sign for W.P.Warden "Chili Billie", at 702 <br />No. Main St., was granted and sign ordered hung under <br />supervision of Electrical Inspector. <br /> <br />The request of Frank Xingaa~d for permission to hold a <br />street dance on West 6th St. between Sycamore and <br />Broadway, the evening of October 31st, during the hours <br />of 8 P.M. and 11 P.M., sponsored by the Jr. Chamber of <br />Conmerce, was read, and on motion of Trustee Haan, <br />seconded by Dixon and carried, request was granted. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Chief of Police and on motion <br />of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Ch,ney and carried, the <br />application of William ~. Pope Joy for permission to <br />drive a taxicab for .the Broadway Cab Co., was denied. <br /> <br />On .motion of Trustee Decker~c~ seconded by Ch.ney and <br />carried, t~'e application of Reginald Lynn Ray to drive <br />a taxicab for the Broadway Cab Co., was granted and <br />license ordered issued. <br /> <br />In Re On motio~ of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Ch.ney and <br />Monthly carried, the monthly reports of the Building Department <br />Reports for the City of Santa Aha and for the City of Tustin <br /> for the month of September~ Poundmasterts report for the <br /> months of July and August and Judge,s report for the <br /> month of September, were received andS'filed. <br /> #, <br /> <br />In Re On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />Mohthly carried, the Clerk was authOrised to draw warrants accord- <br />Warrants lng to demands as audited by the Finance Co~mittee, <br /> nu~berin~ 596 to 768 inclusive. <br /> <br /> <br />
