Radio Line Rental In Re Repair and improve P.E.Track line y ~ty of-Santa Ans. 0n motion of T~ustee Cheney, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerning Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" establishing a loading zone on the west side of Mortimer St. between 4th and 5th Sts., located as follows: the North 12 feet of the South 115 feet, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3~6~ and passed by the following vote= Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Noes, Trustees Absent,Trustees Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. None None The committee requested more time to study the fire and traffic hazards for the purpose of recommending a truck route through the City of Santa Aha and the Chair granted the Committee an additional two weekts time. The Assistant Fire Chief appeared before the Board requesting that an agreement be drawn up between the County of Orange and the City of Santa Ana for the payment of a monthly charge of $9.00 for two telephone lines from the Fire Dep~tment headquarters to the County Sheriff,s office, to be used for remote control in operation of radio station EGHX. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried~ the Clerk and Auditor were authorized to enter into an agreement with the County of Orange fo~ ~he payment of $9.00 per month for radio line rental. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to contact the E~gineer of the Pacific Electric Railway Co. and demand that they immediately improve and repair track line from the Pacific Electric depot to Artesia St. on Nest Fourth Street, On motion of Trustee Deckert, carried, the City Council adjourned. seconded by Cheney and
