In Be Bids for Water Meters In Re General Liability Insurance - City of Santa Ana City Council met in regular session. carried, that the representative of the Joint Outfall. Sewer Board for the City of Santa Ana be instructed to abide at all times to the original agreements made between the Cities and Districts of the Joint Outfall ~ewer, Boll Call Trustees Ayes Dale G. Deckert, W.Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W.J.Chen~ Asa Hoffman. Trustees Noes None Trustees Absent None The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for 180 8/8" x 3/A" bronze case water meters reading in cubic feet, without couplings, to be delivered upon award of contract, as follows: 80 meters to be delivered within 30 days; 80 meters within 60 days and 80 meters within 90 days. Bids to be opened December 18th, 1944. The Auditor was instructed to receive quotations on general liability insurance covering bodily injuries, sickness, disease or death covering City of Santa Aha officials and members of Boards or Commissions in their respective capacities as such, for the period December 13th, 1944 to December 13th, 1947. Bids to be opened December 4th, 1944. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the action of the Auditor was approved.
