Mo. 3~66 Zeke Lund (Mel Trickey) (Sale of Tax deeded Lots) In Re Izaak Walton League In Re Alternate member J.O.Sewer Board On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the notifications of the State Board of Equal- ization of alcoholic beverage applications made by Enrique M. Ontiveros, dba Ontiverost Market, 1904 W. 3r¢ St., and Luis Cazares, dba Las Tres Rosas, 2855 So. Main St., were received and filed. The request of Consolidated Vultee Aircraft Corporation for a loading zone in front of their plant at 418 East 3rd St., was read and Chair referred request te regula~ Committee t~ investigate. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by D~xon and carried, the recommendation of the Committee te invest- igate truck routes through the northwesterly part of Santa Aha, and suggesting that the County Supervisors designate Verano Road, or other County road, as a truck route between Ocean Avenue and l?th St. and restrict the movement of trucks over Ocean Avenue (Fairhaven) east of Harbor Boulevard, was approved and Board of Supervisors be so notified by the Committee in person. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution For Sale of Tax Deeded Lots" vacating and setting aside Resolution No. 283? and selling to Zeke Lund that certain property described as follows= ~ot 18, Block 8, in Tract No. 517, in the City of Santa Ana, in the amount of $90.00~ a~d author- izing'the Mayor and ClerE to execute deed to said property, was read, c~nsidered, designated Resolution No. 3~8~ and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, ~.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees None More time was granted the committee, composed of the Engineer, Park Superintendent and Mayor, to investigate request of Izaak Walton League to erect a club-house on a smail portion of land on the north side of Santiago Creek adjacent to the easterly end of Bac~aan Drive. The Mayor requested the Council to appoint an alternate member of the Joint Outfall Sewer Boar~, representing,the City of Sant~ Ans. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, Wm.C.Jerome, City Auditor, w~s appointed.as an alternate member of the Joint Outfall Sewer Board.
