Chandler, <br />Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, <br />R. Carson Smith. <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />seconded by Mandy and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana <br />Declaring the Intention to vacate portions <br />of two unnamed alleys within said City, <br />describing those portions proposed to be <br />vacated and fixing the time and place for <br />hearing of all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed vacation" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second <br /> <br />In Re <br />Map of City <br />owned parking <br />lot <br /> <br />reading. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, <br /> <br />of City owned parking lot, <br /> <br />approved and Engineer instructed to post <br /> <br /> seconded by Cheney and carried, map <br />as submitted by City Engineer, was <br /> <br /> sign stating parking lot <br /> <br />In Re <br />Parking lot <br />fee <br /> <br />is to be for use..~ ~h~ general public until such time as meters <br />are installed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the <br /> <br />price scale for parking on City owned parking lot was fixed at <br /> <br />In Re <br />Ord. regulating <br />parking and traffic <br />- parking lots <br />(City owned) <br /> <br />ten cents for three hours and twenty-five cents for ten hours. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana <br />regulating parking and traffic movements <br />on municipally owned parking lots" <br /> <br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second <br /> <br />In Re <br />Communication <br />Burr A. Brown <br /> <br />reading. <br /> <br />The report <br /> <br />of the cormmittee was heard, <br /> <br />and on motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Chandler, seconded by Mandy and carried, the sum of $5000.00 is to <br /> <br />be inc!uded in the 1949-50 Budget to cover repairs to sidewalks <br /> <br />In Re <br />Issue citations <br />to truck drivers <br /> <br />and curbs and Clerk to so notify Mr. Burr A.
