<br />Communication was read from Recreation Superintendent recommending
<br />
<br />that City Council make an official request to State Director of
<br />
<br />Recreation for an appraisal ~to be made of Santa Ana Recreation
<br />
<br />services. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and
<br />
<br />carried, communication was received, filed and City Council author.
<br />
<br />imed a request for an appraisal to be made by the State Recreation
<br />
<br />Commission.
<br />
<br />Communication was read from Exec. Secy. Employers Industrial
<br />
<br />Relations Council, requesting that Chief of Police and Attorney
<br />
<br />refresh themselves on existing ordinances, reference loitering,
<br />
<br />etc.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and
<br />
<br />carried, communication was received, filed and matter referred to
<br />
<br />Chief of Police; Clerk instructed to mail copies of Loitering
<br />
<br />Ordinances to Employers Industrial Relations Council.
