<br />variance application of Elmer E. Everett to establish a school
<br />
<br />and grocery store at the southwest corner of Anahurst Place and
<br />
<br />Flower Street, was referred back to the Planning Commission with
<br />
<br />recommendation that the two lots on the southwest and northesst
<br />
<br />corner be rezoned for Neighborhood Commercial District.
