Parsons et al <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution establishing passenger loading <br /> zone under Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br />establishing a passenger loading zone on the south side of E. 3rd <br />St. between Bush and Spurgeon Sts., located as follows: the east <br />40.5 feet of the west 240.5 feet, was read, considered, designate, <br />Resolution No. 3852 and passed by the following vo~e: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />W.J.Cheney, Courtney R.
