<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution establishing passenger loading
<br /> zone under Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030"

<br />establishing a passenger loading zone on the south side of E. 3rd
<br />St. between Bush and Spurgeon Sts., located as follows: the east
<br />40.5 feet of the west 240.5 feet, was read, considered, designate,
<br />Resolution No. 3852 and passed by the following vo~e:

<br />and setting the date of hearing protests to be Nov. 7th, 1949, at
<br />2;00 P.M., was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3853

<br />ment for all the purposes and uses of a public street through,
<br />along, upon and across that real property described as follows:
<br />a strip of land 5 feet in width, the north line of which is 25
<br />feet south of and parallel to the center llne of 17th Street, as
<br />it exists easterly from English Street, being the northerly 5 feet
<br />of the east one-half of Lot "K", was read, considered, designated
<br />Resolution No. 3854 and passed by the following vote:

<br />Street; between King Street and the westerly line of the Santa Ant
<br />College grounds, being the northerly 15 feet of Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,~
