On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, Map Tract No. 1339 covering improvement of Olive Street.and the alleyl in such Tract was approved, subject to following conditions: that bond in the amount cf $11,500.00 be deposited in the Clerk's office, approved by the City Attorney and signatures of City In Re Advertise for bids - 30 concrete light standards Engineer and Clerk affixed thereto. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids covering the furnishin reinforced of thirty/concrete ornamental light standards to be installed In Re Torrens Title Assess.Dist. (S.E.Sewer Dist.) in Santa Aha Memorial Park. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Msmtin and carried, the Clerk was authorized to request a Title Company to check.Torrens Title on all parcels of property located in the Assessment Distri In Re Reports on Case-Swayne Co. No. t95. # The Chief of Police reported that investigation had been made on trucks parking in the alley on Palm Street and after conferring with Manager-of Case-Bwayne Co., trucks will not park in the alle Trustee Reed reported as to the health angle and stated that Agen State Division of Food and D~ugs had made an inspection of the premises, giving full and complete instructions to the Manager of the company on State Health requirements. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adjourned.
