<br />On motion cf Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that a variance be
<br />
<br />granted to Edward and Grace D. Wedekind to permit elimination of
<br />the rear yard requirements on property at 318 W. 3rd St., was
<br />
<br />accepted and variance granted.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that a second-story,
<br />roofed balcony be permitted to extend into the front yard to a
<br />point 18 feet from the. front property line on a lot adjoining the
<br />first alley south of l?th St., on the east side of No. Patton St.,
<br />was accepted and variance granted.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that a variance be grant.
<br />to Carole Jane Herrick to permit a reduction in the front yard
<br />requirement from. 60 feet to 88 feet on the two lots on both sides
<br />
<br />of No. Olive St. north of 18th St., was accepted and the variance
<br />
<br />,,granted.
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids covering operation of
<br />City Dump, for a three year period, beginning March 1st, 194~; bid:
<br />to be opened March 7th, 1949.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cb. ney and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />
<br />between City and Visiting Nurse Association of Orange County, was
<br />read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3741 and passed by the
<br />
