Council Chamber Santa Ana City Hall March 7th, 1949. 7:30 P.M. City Council met in regular session. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Present: Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chan'dler, Allen A. Mandy, Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith.' Absent: Trustees None Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of February 21st, 1949, further reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried. In Re On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, Bids 350 Parking Meters was authorized to open bids on/parking meters, as follows: the Cler Bid of The Karpark Corporation: Karpark Superior - Model KS-PPN, KS-PPNN, Sihgle Coin or Multiple Coi~,~ delivered State Sales and Use Tax - 2~% $ 62.00 1.55 Cash discount - 2~% - 30 days If only one open top coin box is desired deduct $1.25 from the above unit price. Bond in the amount of $2170.00 accompanied bid. Bid of Voglesong Meter Company: 350 Turret Parking Meters with 2" standard galvanized pipe and base, F.O.B.
