In Re Advertising Benches On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, the proposed Ordinance regulating the licensing, erection, constructio and/or maintenance of advertising benches, was held over until next meeting. On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Cheney and carried, the City Council adjourned.
