Ist St. west of Sullivan St. be <br /> extended easterly to the east side of the Haster property, which <br /> is approximately 380.56 feet east of Sullivan St., and that a <br /> similar set-back line be established on the south side of W. 1st <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br /> <br />
