<br />carried, the
<br />
<br />plans for the construction of culvert and outlet transition
<br />
<br />channel at Delhi Road and South Flower Street, wore approved.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by ~fandy and carried, the

<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />was read,

<br />"Resolution authorizing and directing the
<br />City Clerk to advertise for bids for the
<br />construction of culvert and outlet transition
<br />channel at Delhi Road and South Flower Street,
<br />parti~ly in the City of Santa Ana and
<br />partially in the County of Orange, and fixing
<br />the prevailing wage rate"
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3767 and passed
<br />
<br />by the following vote:

<br />to amend Zoning Ordinance to reclassify certain p~ petty, being a
<br />five acre p~rcel at the northeast corner of Sullivan and First
<br />Sts., from the R-? to the M-1 District, in accordance with
<br />a~p!icatlon of R. Haster, was introduced, read~ considered and
<br />placed on file for second reading.
