Carson Smith. <br /> None <br /> None <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the <br />City Attorney was instructed to prepare an amendment to Ordinance <br />requiring the capping or covering of abandoned wells, which will <br />govern S.A.V.I. weirs, water boxes, cesspolls, or any other open <br />hazard. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Chandler and carried, <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Reaolution authorizing and directing the <br /> City Clerk to advertise for bids for the <br /> improvement of West Seventeenth Street <br /> between King Street and North Flower Street, <br /> in the City of Santa Ana, and fixing the <br /> prevailing wage rate." <br /> <br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No~ 3772 and passed <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />W.J.Cheney, Cour~ney R.
