Communication was read from Orange County Traffic Safety Council stating that action should be taken to eliminate present Southern 'Pacific tracks approaching and entering City from the north, and that arrangement be made whereby trains of the Southern Pacific parallel would use Santa Fe tracks into City, or a right-of-way/or ad thereto.
