<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> 'A Resolution declaring the intention of the City
<br /> Council to extend certain streets within said City
<br /> and to classify such extended portions and portions
<br /> o~ other streets as Major City Streets"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3798 and passed
<br />by tho following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Trustees Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy,
<br /> Virgil H..~eed, R. Carson Smith.
<br /> Noes, Trustoes None. Absent, Trustee W. J. Cheney.

<br />On motion of Trustee 5~andy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />Resolution authorizing the condemnation of real property for pub-
<br />lic street purposes, described as the extension of Towner Street
<br />between Borchard and Edtnger, was tabled and referred to the Mayor
<br />to contact the appraisor of the property to arrive at an amiable
<br />art angemen t.

<br />On motfon of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution authorizing Quit-claim Deed"
<br />
<br />to 0rrin S. Hunt and ~'illy 5~. Hunt covering easement for sewer
<br />purposes, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3799
<br />and passed by the following vote:
<br />
<br /> Ayes, Trustees Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy,
<br /> Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith.
<br /> Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustee W. J. Cheney.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />plans fo'r the reconstruction of South Broadway between Edinger
<br />Street and Borchard Avenue, were approved.

<br /> Clerk to advertise for bids for the reconstruction
<br /> of South Broadway between Edinger Street and
<br /> Borchard Avenue"

<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3800 and passed
<br />by the following vote:

<br /> Ayes, Trustees Courtney R. Chandler, Allen A. Mandy,
<br /> Virgil H. Reed, R. Carson Smith.
<br /> Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees W. J. Cheney.

<br />plans for the construction of a 49" storm sewer on Delhi Road
<br />between Bristol Street and South Flower Street, were approved.
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction
<br /> of a 4~" storm sewer cn Delhi Road between Bristol
<br /> Street and South Plower Street"
<br />
<br />was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3801 and passed
<br />by the following vote:
