<br />lease of American Red Cross for use of rooms at the Community

<br />Center, and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and

<br />ca~ried, communication was received, filed and City Attorney
<br />
<br />instructed to prepare lease without option for next two and one-
<br />
<br />half years.
