On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Reed and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to write the Metropolitan Water District requesting credit on unused water, due to defective meter, or refund on-overpayment in accordance with report submitte~ In Re Agreement btn City and City of Newport Beach J.O.S.) by Pitometer Co. Inc. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Mandy and carried, Mayor and Clerk were authorized to execute agreement between City of Santa Ana and City of Newport Beach covering cost of sterilization of its sewage effluent delivered to the Joint Outfall Sewer; by n Re btn City and Orange Coast Jr.College Dist. (J.O.S.) the City of Newport Beach.
