<br />On motion of Trustee Mandy, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />Resolution authorizing the condemnation of real property for pub-
<br />lic street purposes, described as the extension of Towner Street
<br />between Borchard and Edtnger, was tab]ed and referred to the Mayor
<br />to contact the appraiser of the property to arrive at an amiable
<br />
<br />art angement.

<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />

<br />purposes, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3799
<br />and passed by the following vote:
