<br /> On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br /> Map of Tract No. 1378 covering installation of streets, curbs,
<br /> walks and utilities on Carleton Place, St. Andrews Place and
<br /> Bristol Street, was approved and bond in the amount of $15,000.00
<br /> was accepted, subject to approval of City Attorney, and proper
<br />
<br /> authorities authorized to sign map.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br />Minutes of the Executive Board of the Joint Outfall Sewer Meeting
<br />held at Anaheim, January 23rd, 1950, were received, approved and
<br />
<br /> filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and ca. tied,
<br />communication from Mayor, City of Tustin, extending invitation
<br />to Council to attend formal opening of Tustin~s new City Hall,
<br />
<br />Feb. 13, 1950, was received and filed.

<br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried,
<br />communications from Southwest Airways Company, were received and
<br />
<br /> filed.

<br />On motion cf T~ustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried,
<br />communication from Bekins Van & Storage Co. advising that request
<br />of Planning Commission to zone the front 250 ft. facing on Main
<br />Street, is satisfactory, and letter from Mayor, City of Arcadia,
<br />commending Bekins on the completion of their new warehouse and
<br />office~building, were received and filed.

<br />Communication wasread from County Tax Collector advising that ta~
<br />deeded property described as Buckingham Tract, E$l 1/3 ft. S.
<br />136.66 ft. N 273.35 ft. Lot 10, Block "B", in Santa Ana, will be
<br />sold at public auction. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded
<br />by Cheney and carried, Clerk was authorized to notify County Tax
<br />
<br />Collector that City consents to sale of this property.

<br /> Communication was read from City Engineer advising that improve-
<br />men~s within the boundaries of Tract No. 1262 have been satis-
<br />factorily completed, and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded
<br />by Cheney and carried, bond submitted by Burr Huff, in the amount
<br />
<br />of $14,500.00, was ordered released.

<br />ments within the ~boundaries of Tract No. 1281 have been satis-
<br />factorily completed, and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded
<br />by Cheney and carried, bond submitted by Saint Paul Mercury
