<br />accessory building to be enlarged and converted into a dwelling,

<br />Communication was read from Fire Chief advising that two men were
<br />suspended from duty for conduct unbecoming a fireman, for a period
<br />of five days, and on motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Chandle
<br />
<br />and carried, Fire Chief was commended for his action in the
<br />#

<br />Opinion of City Attorney on eligibility for sick leave and state-
<br />ment of Dr. E.G. Motley as to condition of health of John C. Rich
<br />were read.. On motion of Tr~mtee Reed, seconded by Cheney and
<br />carried, the Clerk was authorized to request Dr. Motley to furnisk
<br />
<br />a complete statemen~ on Mr. Rich's health while employed by the
<br />#

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the
<br />Resolution authorizing employment of Attorney to clear title of
<br />property owned by the member Cities to the Joint Outfall Sewer
<br />~greements, was tabled until next meeting.
<br />On motion of Trustee O~an~ller, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />the following Resolution entitled:

<br />establishing a twenty-rainute zone on the north side of West
<br />Edinger Street between Sycamore and Main Streets, located as
