Traffic Safety Ordinance In Re Municipal Bowl Report On motion of T~ustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution requesting the widening of Main Street in the City of Santa Aha# was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3906 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler, John W. Martin Jr., Virgil H. Reed, Allen A. Mandy. None None On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Oheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 107~" reference reclassification of Lots 3 to 9 inclusive and Lots 13 to 36 inclusive in Tract No. 1265 from the R-1 and R-2 Districts. to the R-3 Residence District, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 107## reference reclassification of all lots in Tract No~1339 from "C" District to the R-1 Residence District; said property being a portion of the land now in the "C# District between Flower and Lowell Streets, lying north of Glenwood Place, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to amend subdivision map Ordinance No. 1227 authorizing the Council to have final control on both tentative and final subdivision maps. West be employed to clear the title to the rights-of-way on exis$1ng trunk lines at treatment plant, Joint Outfall Sewer. On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to amend the Traffic Safety Ordinanc~ to relieve members of the City Council from serving on the Commission. # On m~tion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and carried, the report of Municipal Bowl attendance and receipts for the period Jan. 1, 1949 to Jan. 1, 1950, was filed, and the etlon of the Psmk Supt. was approved, as follows: Any organizati¢ or team sponsored by an organization shall pay their total rental within thirty days after the close of their season, and that individuals sponsoring continuous games shall pay their rental by the lOth of each month for the proceeding month's games. #
