<br />Communication was read from J.K.Colwell, City Attorney, stating
<br />he has no objection to employment of Z.B.West to handle contested
<br />criminal matters in City Court. The motion of Trustee Reed,
<br />seconded by Martin that Z.B.West be employed as special prosecutor
<br />at $100.00 per case for all Jury trials in City Court, was lost by
<br />
