The motion of Trustee Reed, <br />seconded by Martin that Z.B.West be employed as special prosecutor <br />at $100.00 per case for all Jury trials in City Court, was lost by <br /> <br />the following vote= <br /> <br /> Ayes Trustees John W. Chairman appoint~ <br /> <br />Trustee Cheney and City Engineer, as committee. <br /># <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Pa~k Superintendent and on motion of <br />Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the request of <br />choirs of all churches in Orange County for use of Municipal Bowl <br /> <br />on Sunday, May 7th, 1950, was granted. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MartiD, seconded by Reed and carried, request <br />of Santa Aha Tent & Awning Company for a loading zone on Pomona <br />Street, was referred to a committee for investigation and to <br />back. Chairman appointed Trustee Cheney and City Engineer, as <br /> <br />committee. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, request <br />of Louis Weinberg for a cross-walk at Main and Richland Avenues, <br />WaS referred to a committee for investigation and to report back. <br />Chairman appointed Trustee Cheney and City Engineer, as committee. <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, request <br />of American Cancer Society to park a 22 foot trailer at the corner <br /> <br />of 4th and Main Streets., April 6, 7 and 8th, was granted. <br />. <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, request <br />of Jeff D.
