On motion <br /> <br />In Re <br />Opinion <br />O'Melveny & Myers <br /> (Assess.Dist.194 <br />S.E.Sew,r Dist.) <br /> <br />of Trustee Cheney, seconded by R~ed and carried, the City Attorney <br /> <br />was instructed to prepare Resolution granting variance. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, opinion <br />of O~Melveny & Myers, stating that contract with P.&.J. Artukovich <br />Inc., for construction work on Assessment District No. 194, South- <br />east Sewer District, was examined and is valid, was received and' <br /> <br />filed. <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
