On motion In Re Opinion O'Melveny & Myers (Assess.Dist.194 S.E.Sew,r Dist.) of Trustee Cheney, seconded by R~ed and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare Resolution granting variance. # On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, opinion of O~Melveny & Myers, stating that contract with P.&.J. Artukovich Inc., for construction work on Assessment District No. 194, South- east Sewer District, was examined and is valid, was received and' filed. #
