Communication and Resolution No. 308 of the Planning Commission were read recommending reclassification of Lots 2, 4 and the north one-half of LoS 6 all in Block D of Henninger's Addition, from R-: to the.R-3, Multiple-Family Residence District; said property bei~ at the southwest corner cf Richland Street and Broadway, in accord ante with amendmen~ application cf Charles A. and Stella Quill. On motion cf Trustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing, ten days pric to the next meeting of the Council on April 17th, 1950, relative to reclassification of above property. On motion of T~ustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the variance application of Claude M. and Elaine E. Hunter for pe~- mission to install a 550 gallon, underground gasoline storage tank and hand pump at 1654 E. 4th Street, was tabled until next meeting. Communication and Resolution No. 306 of the Planning Commission were read recommending reclassification of that portion of Lots 1 and 2 of the Ports, Borden & Sidwell Tract, situated between Main Btreet and Banta Aha Boulevard and bounded on the north by the newly mapped projected Access Road, so that the easterly 100 feet thereof would become 0-2 District and the remainder R-3 District, in accordance with City Council initiated request. On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing, ten days prior to the next meeting of the Council on April 17th, 1950, relative to reclassification of above property. On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the recommendation'of, the Planning Commission was accepted and tentati ~ap of Tract No. 1292 was approved. On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the recommendation cf the Planning Commission was accepted and ~entatiVe Map cf Tract No. 1397 was approved. On motion cf Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and tentative Map of Tracts No. 1405 and No. 1406 was approved. On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the Cit Attorney was instructed to prepare a Resolution Accepting Deed from Ira Eenneth Akin and Cha~mecn Jeanette Akin, for a narrow strip ef land at She northeast corner of Santiago Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue. #
