Hunter for pe~- <br />mission to install a 550 gallon, underground gasoline storage <br />tank and hand pump at 1654 E. 4th Street, was tabled until next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Communication and Resolution No. 306 of the Planning Commission <br />were read recommending reclassification of that portion of Lots 1 <br />and 2 of the Ports, Borden & Sidwell Tract, situated between Main <br />Btreet and Banta Aha Boulevard and bounded on the north by the <br />newly mapped projected Access Road, so that the easterly 100 feet <br />thereof would become 0-2 District and the remainder R-3 District, <br />in accordance with City Council initiated request. On motion of <br />Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the Clerk was <br />instructed to publish a notice of hearing, ten days prior to the <br />next meeting of the Council on April 17th, 1950, relative to <br />reclassification of above property. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />recommendation'of, the Planning Commission was accepted and tentati <br />~ap of Tract No. 1292 was approved. <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br />recommendation cf the Planning Commission was accepted and ~entatiVe <br />Map cf Tract No. 1397 was approved. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and tentative <br />Map of Tracts No. 1405 and No. 1406 was approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the Cit <br />Attorney was instructed to prepare a Resolution Accepting Deed <br />from Ira Eenneth Akin and Cha~mecn Jeanette Akin, for a narrow <br />strip ef land at She northeast corner of Santiago Avenue and <br /> <br />Santa Clara Avenue. <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
