Inc~ <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Chief Building Inspector and <br />on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the appointment of Herbert M. Wallingford to <br />serve as a member on the Board of Electrical Examiners, <br />was approved, to fill the unexpired term of Glenn Cave <br />now serving in the armed forces. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the Chief of Police and on motion <br /> of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br /> appointment of Walter C. Fox, as patrolman, was <br /> approved, and that his status is to be the same as at <br /> the time he resigned from the Police Department. <br /> <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> Communication from Civil Service Board that Walter L. <br /> Fox, emergency patrolman, who resigned his position on <br /> Nov. 18, 1944 be reappointed and that the Civil Servic. <br /> Board has no ~urisdiction pertaining to salary increas, <br /> for Mr. Fox, was read. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br /> carried, the communication was received and filed. <br /> <br />Communication from Civil Service Board that Jack V. <br />Clabo~-n, emergency patrolman, resigned his position on <br />March 1942 and his name stricken from the records of <br />the Civil Service Board as an emergency patrolman, and <br />that he is not eligible for reinstatement as a class- <br />ified employee of the Police Dept., was read. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the communication was received and filed. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Communication from Civil Service Board advising that <br />the Board has no jurisdiction in matter of increase in <br />salary of Elizabeth M.
