Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. None Otto R. Haan The Chair recommended that A. H. Allen be reapp*inted as a member of the Forestry Board, term to expire June 30, 1948 and that Harry E. Owings be reappointed as a member of the Library Board, term to expire June 30, 1948. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the appointments were ratified. On reco~endation of Street Supt. the Chair requested that bids be called for installation of three sets of traffic signals to be located at 4th and Broadway, 4th and Sycamore and 4th and Bush Sts. to conform to traffic signals now in use at 4th and Main Streets. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids covering installation of traffic signals accordin to plans and specifications to be prepared by the Street Superintendent. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, July 31st, 1945, at 7:30 P.M. City Clerk City Council met in regular adjourned session.
