Co. <br /> <br />and City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Report <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the report of the Building Dept. for Sauta Ana <br />and City of Tustin for month of July; Ponndmaster~s <br />report for month of May; Juvenile report for months of <br />June and July; Police report for month of July, and <br />Judge's report for ~uly, were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the monthly demands as audited by the Finance <br />Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to draw <br />warrants covering demands nUmbering 191 to 438 inclusive <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and <br />carried, the Auditor was authorized to enter into an <br />agreement with Bob Murphy covering location of a 18'x30' <br />building immediately so~th of the 20tx30' building used <br />fo~ Military Police Station and now located on Lot 8 of <br />a Resubdivision of Block 7 of City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />The Auditor presented the Budget for the fiscal year <br /> <br />1948-46 and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by <br /> <br />Cheney and carried, a Resolution setting forth the <br /> <br />expenditures and salary schedules for the fiscal year <br />1945-~6, was introduced, read, considered, designated <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3407 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent,Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G. Deckert, W. EuEene Dixon, <br />W.J.Cheney, Asa Hoffman. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Otto R. Haan <br /> <br />The claim of Edward D. ~fheeler requesting compensation <br />accotuat injuries sustained while employed by the City <br />of Santa Ana, as a Fireman, was read and on motion of <br />Trustee Deckert, seconded by Di~on and carried, the clai~ <br />was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Deckert and <br />carried, the agreement entered into between the City of <br />Santa Ana and the Pacific Electric Railway Co., dated <br />July lTth, 1945 covering the reconstruction and paving <br />of Pacific Electric tracks on 4th Street between Artesia <br />St. and Railway~s Station near French St., was approved <br />and Nayor authorized to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, <br /> <br />carried, the report of L.H.Eckel, County Auditor, <br />City of Santa Ana Valuations for years 1945-1946, <br />referred to the Auditor for checking. <br /> <br />seconded by Cheney and <br /> <br /> showin <br /> <br /> was <br /> <br /> <br />
