On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the bids were referred to Auditor and City Engineer for checking and to report back at next m~etin On motion of Trustee Deckert, carried, the advertising, seconded by Dixon and Clerk was authorized to open bids for City as follows: Per Column Inch .... i~ .45 Orange County Reporter ~..75 ~i~ .60 .~, Santa Ana Register .60 .60 .45 On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the two bids on City advertising were referred t6 the City Auditor for checking and to report back at the next meeting. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, Nat H. Neff was reappointed and on recommendat~ of the Realty Board, Geo. E. Faires was appointed, as members of the Planning Co~mission, both terms to expire June 30th, 1949. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the City Council adjourned to Tuesday, ~UgUst 7th, 1945, at 11:00 A.M. Clerk City Council met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called ~o order by Mayor Hoffman. Present: Trustees W. Eugene Dixon, W. J. Cheney, Asa Hoffman. Absent: Trustees Dale G. Carl Mock, subdivider, presented Map Tract No. 1110 on subdivision located on the west side of Pacific Ave- nue between ?th and 8th Btreets and ~4ap Tract No. 1111 on suOdivision located on the north side of Twentieth Btreet between Poinsettia and Valencia Streets. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried Map Tracts Nos. 1110 and 1111 were approved upon the following conditions: The subdivider to install curbs, sidewalks, sewer laterals and paving to the oiled sur- face of roadway in accordance WL~h the City Engineer's Dn
