Netghbour, City Engineer, to sign application for the City of Santa Ana and submit to the Post War Public Works Review Board, requesting $2,500.00 for the purpose of defraying the cost of preparing completed plans for the project known as the City Outfall Sewer Reconstruction. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Deckert and carried, the resolution was considered, designated Resolution No. 3413 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Otto R. Haan, W. J. Cheney, Asa Hofihnan. Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustees None. , On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk and Chairman were authorized to advise the Office of Price Administration that the City of Santa Ana will cease payment of rental on building occupied by it at ll4~ N. Broadway, beginning November 1st, 1948. , On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the plan submitted by the Atchison, Topeka ~nd Santa Fe Ry. Company to move the location of their engine service facili- ties now located opposite their depot, to the triangular shaped parcel of land at the northeast corner of Santa Fe and Chestnut Streets, was approved as recon~nended by the Planning Co~amission. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance amending O~dinance No. 1082 entitled ,An Ordinance establishing Water Rates in the City of Santa Ana etc.' by adding a new Section 18-a to said Ordinance No. 1052" was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and carried the following Ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha amending Section 4710 of Uniform Building Code adopted by Ordinance No.1136' regulating the interval of time between the application of plastering coats, was introduced, read, considered, and placed on file for second reading.
