Gordon McInnes and Robert <br /> H. Beach to drive busses and applications of Charlss <br /> Henry, Leonard J. Burns, Gerald Glen Frakes, Clarence R <br /> <br /> Keith, Donald E. Massie, Walter A. King and George L. <br /> to drive taxicabs, <br /> Felton,/were granted and Clerk authorized to issue <br /> <br /> licenses. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br /> carried, bond of 0. V. Dart, housemover, written by <br /> Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland, in the amount of <br /> $1,000.00, was approved, received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br /> carried, the report of the Building Dept. for Sept. <br /> and Judge's report for Sept,, were received and filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, the monthly demands as audited by the Finance <br />Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to draw <br />warrants covering demands numbering 6?4 to 860 inclusiw <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and <br />carried, agreement between City of Santa Ana and Pacifi( <br />Electric Ry. Co. covering relocation of tracks and <br />resurfacing of roadway from 4th St. between Artesia and <br />French St. was ratified and proposal of Sully-Miller <br />Contracting Co. to furnish, dump, Barber Green Spread, <br />and finish with 8 ton tandem roller, 50-60.pen. asphalt <br />· ix ~urface from I"~to 2" in thickness, at $5,00 per ton <br />in place, was approved and Mayor and Clerk authorized <br /> <br /> <br />
