<br />tied, the following Ordinance

<br />seconded by Dixon and car-
<br />entitled:

<br />"An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha amending
<br />Ordinance No. 906, entitled 'An Ordinance of the
<br />City of Santa Ana defining, regulating and licens-
<br />ing the erection, construction, and/or maintenances
<br />of signs, and repealing all Ordinances and parts of
<br />Ordinances in conflict herewith'"
<br />
<br />was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for
<br />
<br />second reading.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and car-
<br />ried, the following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "A Resolution approving map showing portion of a
<br /> certain street in the City of Santa Ana proposed
<br /> to be vacated, closed up, and abandoned"
<br />
<br />known as West Fifteenth Street. The Resolution was read
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 3481 and passed b
<br />
<br />the following vote:

<br /> West Fifteenth Street, pursuant to and in accordance

<br />On motion of Trustee DeckerS, seconded by Cheney and ca~
<br />ried, the request of Jasper Farney for a 3~ foot drive-
<br />way on Vance Street for entrance to garages in connect-
<br />ion with two apartment house buildings on Vance and Lacy
<br />Streets, was referred to the City Engineer and Street
<br />Commissioner to report back at the next meeting.
<br />
<br />The Mayor reported on the budEet and salary increases
<br />and shift in working hours of employees of the Joint
<br />0utfall Sewer and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded
<br />by Cheney and carried, the minutes of the Joint 0utfall
<br />Executive Board, of June 6th, 1946, were approved.
<br />
<br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheney and car.
<br />tied, the request of S. ~. Patterson for permission to
<br />cut curb, build driveway and rebuild sidewalk at 805 W.
<br />4th Street, was granted, for a 25 foot driveway.
