Construction Co. to con- <br />struct sidewalks on North Flower Street between 15th and <br />17th Streets for the total amount of I~2089,80, was accep- <br />ted on recommendation of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and car- <br />ried, the applications of Victor N. Luney, Floyd H. White <br />and Alfred D. Shafer to drive taxicabs, were granted and <br />Clerk authorized to issue licenses. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and car- <br />ried, cormaunication from Asst. Chie~ of the Fire Dept., <br />relative to Paul M.
