<br />for an extension of ninety (90) days from August 15th,
<br />1946 for completion of Orange County Joint O~tfall
<br />Sewer Contract was granted on condition that there is
<br />filed with the City Clerk on or before August 15th,
<br />1946 an agreement by the Bonding Company furnishin~ the
<br />contractor's bond on said contract, an agreement to
<br />extend l~ability in accordance with this ext(msion and
<br />Clerk to notify O.E.Kerns of this action.
