Comnunicatlon from Surplus Line Ad~usting Co. in connection with settlement of Cha~ter Oak mire Ins. Co. under their policy #OM 57725 for damages to the Join O~tfall Sewer in ~l!~roh, 1944, was read. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Cheery and carried, Clerk was instructed to write for forms on proposed settlement and Chairman of Board authorized to execute forms covering claim for damages. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolut~e~ entitled: "Resolution '~ranttng Pacific Coast Gasoline Company, a Corporation, Permission to Cross Joint Outfall Sewer Right of Way w~th Pipe Line" was re~d, considered, designated Resolution No. S485 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees W.
