<br />paying of such tax, and prescribing penalties for
<br />violations of the provisions hereof"

<br />~he amount of money ascertained to carry on the various
<br />departments of the City of Santa Ann, and to pay the
<br />bonded indebtedness £~lling due for the current year 1946-
<br />1.)47, and fixing ~he rate of taxation for the current year
<br />1946-1947, desl .nating the number of cents on each ~i~lOO.00
<br />for the various funds of said City, on the whole of the
<br />taxable property of said City as set by the County Assessor
<br />of the County of Orange, State of California, and Equalized
