Cluff, Sept. l, 1948, was received and <br />file d · <br /> <br />Communication from Chief of Police advising of appoint- <br />merit of John B. Spitzer, as probationary patrolman, <br />effective Sept. 1, 1948, per authority of Civil Service <br /> <br />Board, was received and filed~ on motion of Trustee Dix~ <br />seconded by Haan and carried. <br /> <br />Communication from Thatcher & Hollingswo~th advising <br />of removal of temporary building located on the south- <br />east corner of W. 17th and Patton Sts, in compliance <br />with agreement to remove same prior to Sept. l, 1946, <br />was read and on motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by <br />Dixon and carried, cormnunication was received and <br />filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
