No. 3502 Abandon loading zone Frmnch St. btn 3rd & 4th; Est. loading zone French St. btn 3rd & 4th. · 273 On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, communication and Resolution No. 100 of the Planning Co~maiaaimm granting variance application of Robert P. Lahore to re-open a beauty parlor at 70A Franc Street, which was closed as a result of the war, was approved, for a period of three years. No written or oral protests were received on the app- lication of Lawrence L,,mber Co. for rezoning of land bounded by Main St. on the east, Broadway on the west, Anahurst Place on the north and So. Broadway cut-off on the south from R-2 to C-2 District, and on motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Chancy and carried, the application was approved. No written or oral protests were received on the app- lication recommending ~eclassification from the R-1 and C-2 Districts to the M-1 District, all that land bounded on the south by Dyer Road, on the east by the City limit line, on the north by the east-west right of way of the Pacific Electric Ry. Co. lying south of Adams Street, and on the west by a line approximately 130 feet east of the east line of South Main Street, and on motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Chancy and carried, the application was approved. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. lOVA" relative to application of Lawrence Lumber Co. and application for reclassification of a certain district in Delhi, was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for second reading. On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Concerning Parkin~ Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" eliminating a loading zone on the west side of French Street, between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: the south 20 feet of the North 87 feet, and establishing a loading zone on the west side of French Street, between Third and Fourth Streets, located as follows: The South 2§ feet of the North 80 feet, was introduced, read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3502 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees W.
