Main St. <br />for A.B.Cary, was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, Building Inspector and Planning Consultant were <br />appointed as a committee, to report back at the next <br />meeting of the Council, on protest of Ruth Geist relative <br />to operation of garage business at 1088 West 1st Street. <br /> <br />Communication and Resolution No. 94 of the Planning <br />Commission granting variance application of Edith Thatcher <br />to use the existing store building at 802 Fruit St. only <br />for a grocery store or confectionery until Nov. 1, 19A8, <br />the term of the existing lease, was read and on motion <br />of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Cheney and carried, action <br />of the Planning Commission wam approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the Clerk was authorized to draw warrant payable <br />to Chas. R. Beutel and wife, in the amount of <br />to be exchanged for deed to property on North Flower <br />Street, now subject of condemnation suit. <br /> <br /> <br />
