Deckert. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried <br /> the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. llS1 entitled <br /> 'An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana imposing a <br /> License Tax for the privilege of selling tangible <br /> personal property at retail, providing for permits <br /> to retailers, providing for the collecting and pay- <br /> ing of such tax, and prescribing penalties for <br /> violations of the provisions hereof'" <br /> <br /> was introduced, read, considered and placed on file for <br /> second reading. <br /> <br /> On recommendation of the committee and on motion of <br /> Trustee Haan, seconded by Dixon and carried, Sully-Miller <br /> Contracting Co. was awarded contract covering the improve- <br /> ment of South Broadway from Cubbon to 1st St., in the <br /> amount of $13,376.00, subject to approval of the State <br /> Highway Department, and Clerk instructed to return check <br /> of nnsuccessful bidder. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried, <br /> the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution Conce~nlng Parking Limitations Under Ordinance No. 1030" <br /> <br /> establishing a loading zone on the east side of Bush St. <br />between 6th and ?th Sts. located as follows: The North <br /> <br /> 30 ft. of the South 46 feet and on the west side of Bush <br /> St. between 6th and 7th Sts. located as follows: The <br /> South 20 feet of the north 30 feet. Also establish a <br /> loading zone on Main Street on the west side between 10th <br /> St. and Washington Ave. located as follows: The North <br /> 36 feet of the South 167 feet, was introduced, read, <br /> considered, designated Resolution No. 3818 and passed by <br /> <br />the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />Otto R.
