On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, the Clerk was authorized to open bids covering one lOS cubic foot capacity gasoline engine driven trailer mounted air compressor; trailer wheels to have pneumatic tires and equipped with hand brakes and tool box, as follows: Bid of Crook Company, in the smount of $2,299.00, cashier's check in the amount of $240.00 accompanied bid Bid of Le Roi-Rix Machinery Co., in the amount of $2,390.00; alternate bid in the amount of $2,290.00, certified check in the amount of $240.00 accompanied bid Bid of Brown-Bevis Equipment Co., in the amount of $2,435.00; alternate bid in the amount of $2,596.00, certified check in the amount of $260.00 accompanied bid Bid of Golden State Equipment Co., in the amount of $2,438.00 and if electric starting attachment is desired add $120.00, certified check in the amount of $260.00 accompanied bid. Bid of Smith Booth Usher Company, in the amount of ii~2,535.00. Check did not ~ceompany bid. On motion of Trustee Cheney, seconded by Dixon and carried, bids were referred to City F~gineer and Auditor for checking and report back next meeting. On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Cheney and carried, application of Gilbert F. Wagner for permit to operate patrol service covering the entire city was held over until January 6th, 1947. The offer of G. C. Lot "A" Tract No easterly l0 feet; Bailey was read to purchase all of 681, except the following: the the westerly 60 feet of the easterly 31~ feet; the westerly 60 feet of the easterly 620 feet; and the easterly 60 feet of the westerly ~5 fe~t, in the amount of $1,847.00, located in the City of Santa On motion of Trustee Dixon, seconded by Haan and carried, the Resolution of Intention to Sell Real as of December 16th, 1946, which Resolution rescinds Resolution of Intention No. 352~, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. Z82~ and passed by the follow- lng vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees W.
