Haan, <br /> <br />W.J.Cheney <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> !'Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" <br /> <br />and that Sheet No. 13 of the Districting Map of the <br />City of Santa Aha be amended to reclassify as C-2 all <br />property now classified as R-1 and R-2 and lying within <br />the exterior boundary line of the property described as <br />follows: Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block "A", Tract No. 511, <br />in accordance with application of Weber Baking Co., <br />was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1159 and <br /> <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent ,Trustees <br /> <br />Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, <br />Asa Hoffman <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney <br /> <br />On recomnendation of the Committee and on motion of <br />Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, <br />communication from Department of ~ublic Health enclosin <br />new sewage disposal resolutions, was received and filed <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Nayor and on motion of Trustee <br />Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, that the state- <br />ment from the Conference of Mayors be allowed and <br />warrant ordered drawn in payment of $100.00 covering <br />service f~es for 1946. <br /> <br />On recommendation of the City Attorney and on motion of <br />Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, request <br />of Veterans' Welfare Board relative cancellation of certain <br />taxes now appearing on tax records as a lien against <br />property owned by the Veterans~ Welfare Board, was <br />approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and <br />carried, the request of L.M.Guyon for a permit to <br />a patrol service in Santa Ana under the names of the <br />Orange County Merchants Patrol and Orange County Private <br />Detective Agency was held over until next r~ eting for <br /> <br /> <br />
