Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Asa Hoffman Noes, Trustees None Absent, Trustees Otto R. Haan, W.J.Cheney On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: !'Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1074" and that Sheet No. 13 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha be amended to reclassify as C-2 all property now classified as R-1 and R-2 and lying within the exterior boundary line of the property described as follows: Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block "A", Tract No. 511, in accordance with application of Weber Baking Co., was read, considered, designated Ordinance No. 1159 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent ,Trustees Dale G. Deckert, W. Eugene Dixon, Asa Hoffman None Otto R. Haan, W.J. Cheney On recomnendation of the Committee and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, communication from Department of ~ublic Health enclosin new sewage disposal resolutions, was received and filed On recommendation of the Nayor and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, that the state- ment from the Conference of Mayors be allowed and warrant ordered drawn in payment of $100.00 covering service f~es for 1946. On recommendation of the City Attorney and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, request of Veterans' Welfare Board relative cancellation of certain taxes now appearing on tax records as a lien against property owned by the Veterans~ Welfare Board, was approved. On motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Dixon and carried, the request of L.M.Guyon for a permit to a patrol service in Santa Ana under the names of the Orange County Merchants Patrol and Orange County Private Detective Agency was held over until next r~ eting for
