On motion of Trustee Haan, seconded by Deckert and carried~ the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Establishing Time Limit Parking Zone Under Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1030" establishing a twenty minute (20) parking zone on the west side of North Main Street between Buffalo and Sant~ Clara Avenues, located as follows: the south 58 feet, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3468 and passed by the Following vote: Ayes, Trustees Dale G. Deckert, Otto R. Haan, Noes, Trustees Absent ,Trustees Asa Hoffman None W.J.Cheney, ~V. Eugene Dixon On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, request of Herbert L. Miller, Inc. for a 35 ft. driveway on the west side of Spurgeon St. between 2nd and 3rd St., direc back of their present location at 209-211 Bush St., was grant e d. On recommendation of the committee and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, request of Veterans of Foreign ~'Jars, Post No. 1680 to use the Municipal Bowl on Armistice Day, November llth, 1946, was granted. Recommendation of the City Attorney relative to comprehensive and practical plan for creation of a centrs area in the City of Santa Ana to be used for governmental agencies, was read and on motion of Trustee Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, report of City Attorney and file on Santa Aha Improvement Committee were receive~ and filed for future On motion of Trustee study. Deckert, seconded by Haan and carried, the Clerk was authorized to secure quotations on the printing of $1,500,000.00 Municipal Bonds.
